We needed a what we thought was a simple furnace repair done - another company came and said that parts were not available for our old furnace - and jury rigged the fan so it barely work at all - and quoted us 10,000 dollars to replace our furnace. We then had two other companies come and give quotes - both over 10 Grand for the replacement of our two furnaces - and NO ONE suggested that we could get a part to fix the furnace. Jack came, and it took a few days to get the part shipped in, but including labour and parts (which were at cost) came to $440. We were fortunate a friend of ours recommended magnum Plumbing - honesty, expertise and friendly service are truly appreciated. Too bad the scale only goes up to 10...
