An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
I would like to take this opportunity to thank your team for the excellent roofing job done on my house in November 2014. November in Vancouver is not the best time to replace a roof, however when waiting is not an option your PENFOLDS team did an amazing job. With the condition of our roof in such bad shape, putting a temporary tarp down while the supplies were ordered was a nice touch. When a nasty wind storm blew through while I was at work, I received a panic call from my wife saying that the tarp was loose and flapping in the wind. One call to Michael was all that was needed, “I will take care of it”. The next call was from a calmer wife, saying the tarp was back in place. When the crews showed up to do the work they were very respectful, and the jobsite, (my home) was left clean at the end of each day. Thanks again Michael and the rest of the PENFOLDS team. A very happy customer. Steve Whynot

The winter of 2014-2015 has been pretty extreme. Your story is not uncommon to hear. Many customers were caught unexpectedly by this harsh wet winter. We are happy to help Steve, and we are even happier to hear that everything went the way it did. All the very best, and enjoy the new roof!! Shaun Mayhew
