Good morning, as with previous reviews, Craig is a very good salesman, he said all the right stuff. We decided on going with Floor Decor as they could to our entire job from start to finish. We had to pay a deposit for fifty percent down on our entire job, we also signed a contract from start to finish. We are very happy with our choice of flooring , but that is where it ends. It has been five months and we had to get BC floor association involved as well as higher a lawyer to get out of this contract! Right from the start , the employees came in to rip out all the previous carpet and laminate. Once the floor installer showed up, we felt our floor still need to be cleaned up and all debris. We also paid for our furniture to be stored in our garage and this did not happen. Half way into the job we phoned Craig to complain on the job, he came out and inspected the job and said all was fine and to have faith it will be good. Well this happened four times, boards had to be replaced due to scratches, hammer marks, gouges,, cracks, improper installations, ect ect ect. We asked Craig four times to rip out the floor and restart the job, he refused. We even had the rep come out and look at the job. He also agreed that the job was not done proper.We have a report from BC floor association as well, stating the same thing. Long story short, it has been a nightmare. We have lost alot of money, we now have a floor that has to be ripped out and started over, we have no island no counters, ect ectect. Bascically we are starting all over, what a nightmare!! I would not recommend Pacific West Floor Decor to anyone!

Margaret and Dale of Langley BC are perhaps the most difficult clients I have dealt with in 23 years. I would greatly warn any other businesses or contractors to be extremely cautious dealing with them - have them sign off of everything every step of the way and do not allow them to have access to the project site until everything is complete. We have over 600 clients per year, and thankfully the vast majority are reasonable and fantastic to do work for.
