I had a fantastic experience. Nick and his team were very professional, efficient, and yet still had time for friendly conversation. The final price came under the original estimate. I was most impressed when Nick drove back to my home 4 hrs later (there was 1 more move after me) around 10pm (!) to drop off a small piece that had fallen of my TV stand. He could have easily not said anything and called it a day. But he went out of his way to get that small piece back to me. Now that's what I call dedicated customer service!! I would most definitely use You Move Me again, and will recommend this service to any friends who will be moving. The reason I did not give a 10 rating has to do with 2 items from the pre-move-day process: 1) the automated confirmation/estimate email after my initial phone call did not include an attached detailed estimate, so I sent an email to Mike who was referenced on the automated email. No response from him even after 3 days, so I had to call again to get someone else to send me the detailed estimate. If Mike is too busy, then why have his contact info in the email in the first place? Replace him with someone who would be in a position to respond. 2) The day before my move, I did not get a confirmation phone call from You Move, so I had to make the phone call myself. It would instill confidence if You Move Me took the initiative to phone 2 days before the scheduled move date. Other than these 2 items, You Move Me was a fantastic experience!
