Ibrahim was recommended to us by our realtor. We were needing parging to be redone on our new home, but ended up choosing stucco. He was professional and courteous at our first meeting and explained our options for colour/texture, etc. He finished the job over 2 days and was quick to answer any questions via text. Showing great pride in his work, he invited us to do a walk-through at the end to make sure we were satisfied, and did touch-ups as we requested. Our house looks so nice with the darker stucco on the foundation! We are happy to recommend him to others.

We used this company last year to have plexiglass cut to size to protect the tops of our daughter's new dresser and nightstand. We expressed our wish for the cut edges to be rounded out for safety as our daughter is fairly accident prone. We brought in cardboard cut-outs in the same shape and size of what we required and Allwest was able to duplicate these to make our tabletop protectors. We were informed of different options for materials and price points before making our decision. We were somewhat surprised by the high price for such a product, but it was competitive with what we found around the city. The gentleman we dealt with was courteous and professional. The tops of our furniture as still well protected after a year of use. We would use this business again.

This is our 3rd year using Amsteam's Carpet Cleaning service and the 2nd year we've had Todd the technician come to our house. We were warned that he would arrive later than our original booking of 8-11 am due to two other jobs that were queued ahead of us. We have found Todd to be courteous and professional on arrival and get straight to the job. He had us do a walk-through after he was finished and when we found a couple of small areas that needed further cleaning, he was prompt in taking care of them. We look forward to having him back next year.

Mike recently finished a drywall job in our laundry room, crawlspace, and did some wall repairs. Mike was always on time, ready to work, professional and courteous. I felt comfortable having him in our home when my husband was at work. He was easy to work with, asked questions throughout the project to clarify our wishes and communicated well with us about any issues that came up. We would gladly have him back and would recommend him to anyone else looking for a reliable contractor who takes pride in doing quality work for a reasonable price. We have chosen to prime and paint the walls ourselves, but Mike offers a 2 year warranty on workmanship which gives us some peace of mind given this is our first time hiring a drywall contractor. Give him a try! One suggestion we would have to anyone who hasn't had drywall work done before is to cover absolutely everything in the room with drop sheets - it will save on cleanup time at the end as the dust manages to travel everywhere!
