Michael showed up prepared and ready for a detailed inspection of the property we were looking to buy. He checked the whole building and gave detailed explanations along the way to help know what to look out for in future and where there may be problems. His report was detailed and well written and delivered the same day. Would recommend him to friends and family and would use Michael again in future for any other inspections! Would recommend shadowing for the inspection if you can as Michael shows you what he's looking for and gives really helpful explanations as he is working.
