We paid Dominic of Surefoot Systems $12,000.00 USD for a roof. We paid him up-front and in-full, and have his receipt and a copy of the money order in US funds for the bank draft given to him. In June of this year, he agreed to deliver the roofing materials within 30 days. That was six months ago. He no longer takes our calls and has ignored our demands for him to refund our money. All is documented and provable.
