This was the first time I'd hired anyone to work on our windows. I was expecting a horrible experience, but this entire experience was wonderful. We got quotes from three other companies and although Windows by Installer warned us taht their quality might mean a slightly higher price, they actually were quite competitively priced. Alex, the estimator, was the first person we interacted with. He was was friendly and seemed honest. He even armed me with some great questions to ask the subsequent quote providers. We then worked with Anton, the owner, who happened to take our final measurements. He suggested some last minute tweaks that he thought would match more closely with the architecture of our house. In the end - he was totally right. And finally we dealt with the install crew. They showed up on time, worked diligently, kept everything clean and went out of their way to make everything perfect. Our house posed some carpentry challenges and they exceeded my expectations. I would recommend this company without reservation to anyone.
