If you're looking for someone to build a deck, fence or any other outdoor wooden structure, you can stop looking. Ryan's your guy. We got four estimates to replace an old fence and deck. Ryan's estimate was very competitive and even came in lower than the others when we took into account that Ryan's quote included demolishing and disposing of the old deck and fence as well as new 6X6 posts for the fence - something none of the other quotes included. Ryan is honest, he's considerate and his craftsmanship is impeccable., He was open to changes as the project moved along and even accommodated a last-minute request on the last day to build me a wooden base for a shed I had purchased. He started when he said he was going to start and finished the job on time and on budget. He was never late, always on time, and kept me abreast of the progress as it moved along. The work was to change a kitchen faucet for my mom who is a senior citizen and living on her own. Flavio gave me an estimate over the phone and the final bill came in at less than the estimate even though they encountered some challenges and had to reinforce the underside of the counter due to previous faulty work by another company years before. Flavio even gave me an analysis of the general conditions of the old pipes and suggested what work might have to be done next to keep them in good working order.
