Piece of Mind = Priceless As I am moving from a condominium to a house and in the market for a full-package security system, I was actively comparison shopping for security system providers. I first discovered SafeTech Security (and their extremely satisfied customer base) on HomeStars. Actual reviews from actual clients are priceless and can not be bought. I called a variety of companies. I was on hold alot - except with SafeTech. Immediately I spoke with Brant whom was very patient and and informative with me. Brant advised me of things I would need, and things I do not need (not having a home phone line I needed other options). It is clear to me that SafeTech values their customers more than potential profit on selling un-needed equipment/service. Later on, I spoke with Sharon whom was also very helpful and dedicated. Never having a security system before, I had a million questions. Sharon answered every single one of them. Sharon was in contact with me the entire time, even advising me of the exact time of arrival of the installation technician. During the installation, Igor came out and was very knowledgeable and took the time to demonstrate the various aspects of my newly installed system. Overall, SafeTech met my every need - and exceeded them - at a decent price. Highly recommended.
