We had Tommy and his team perform some repairs on our old deck. They added an additional stringer and two 2x4 posts to reinforce the stairs, replaced couple damaged rim joists and sistered two floor joists that were starting to rot at the rim. There were some challenges fitting the stringer and removing some old screws and bolts but in the end everything worked out well. Tommy was very prompt with the estimate and the scheduling and fairly priced. We definitely recommend them.

Before paying, they promise you thick and thin, 6 months of service recurring service as many time as the pest problem persists, etc ... Good luck with that, we can't even get a phone call to the technician for some simple follow up questions. We had Brent come over for a wasp nest problem. He sprayed the affected area and told us that the problem (wasps entering a narrow gap between the soffit and the brick wall) will cease after 3-4 days. A week later we still see some wasps getting in. Wanted to consult with him and see if a repeat application might be necessary but contrary to their verbal assurances, it is impossible to get any kind of communication with him. Everything stops with the person answering the phone calls.

We hired them for a foundation parging job.Domenic and Paul are both very professional and extremely courteous. Very hard workers and always on time.The parging on the exposed foundation at the back of our house was starting to deteriorate.Before re-parging, Domenic thoroughly removed all the old parging exposing the concrete foundation blocks and patched a couple old holes.The job was fairly priced and completed on time and we are happy with the results.

We received the inspection report in good order and we are happy with the service provided by Vito. We used Vito's services for the second time so we're definitely a happy customer. He is always very accommodating and easy to get in touch with.
