What started out as a modest plan to install a washer/dryer expanded to a larger project involving installation of a laundry room, as well as renovation of the bathroom and kitchen. Also upgrades to electrical and plumbing were done throughout our old building. At each step, the project manager coordinated his professional crew of tradesmen to handle the plumbing, electrical, tiling, and more. I could not be happier with the results. Ray Johannes did a great job on my front yard. Took it from a sloppy looking pile of dirt and weeds to an attractive garden with trees, flowers, and grasses surrounded by a curving stone wall. In fact the stone work has brought compliments from many neighbours. Ray worked with me on the concept, which required a walkway to basement, and added his own design skill to the finished work. I have already recommended this landscaper to numerous people who stopped to admire my new front yard. The curb appeal has gone up significantly. Julia Woodford
