We had an old, large chest freezer in our basement that we hired Just Junk Scarborough to remove. We were able to call and book an appointment for the next day. Our truck team was comprised of Jackson and Daniel. They arrived on time and were very professional. They did an excellent job moving such a large appliance. Having recently used Mr. Rooters, we contacted them again when we had kitchen plumbing issues. Again, we were very pleased with the promptness of the service as well as the professionalism of the Plumbing Technician, Brian M. It was during a very busy period for the company but they were able to provide a same day service call in the evening. Brian M. was able to address our problem with our kitchen sink pipes and also provided preventative tips for the future. We are happy with the service received and definitely will use Mr. Rooters again.

This was my first time using a professional moving company for a residential move. I selected three companies to obtain quotes from after reading the reviews on homestars.com. All three companies provided e-mail quotes after having you complete a questionnaire on their respective websites. However, the reason why I selected Rent-A-Son was the superior customer service provided by Hussain Sherazi who followed up by both e-mail and telephone. The personal service was a nice touch throughout the process. Hussain ensured I received the appropriate quote for the level of service I required, as well as answering all of my questions promptly leading up to the move. The move was scheduled three weeks in advance and there was a major snow storm (15-20cm in Toronto) on moving day. The dispatcher, Patrick, called to let me know my assigned crew would be running a half an hour late due to the bad weather and traffic conditions. I appreciated the notification. My assigned moving crew consisted of Shamar, Allen and Grayden. I was very impressed with the professional and efficient service that they provided.. Every piece of furniture was carefully wrapped and they took great care in loading, moving and then unloading my belongings. My move was completed in record time despite the poor weather conditions. Needless to say, I was very happy. On a day that should have been very stressful turned out to be completely stress free thanks to Shamar, Allen and Grayden. Overall, I am beyond happy with the services provided and would recommend Rent-A-Son to family and friends. I also would request, if possible, the same top notch moving crew.
