I ordered a reclining chair online, and was told that the chair I ordered would be substituted for my initial order as it was out of stock. The chair was almost identical with an identical regular price, and I was promised that upon time of pick up I would be refunded the $320.00 for the price difference. Sears ABSOLUTELY REFUSED to honor their promise. I spoke with Mark the senior sales representative and all I got from him was "you can speak with customer service if you want, but they will only tell you what I just told you." I am extremely disappointed as I expected more from Sears..I get better customer service at Walmart.
