I ordered a mattress and with confirmation that it would be in, I renter a truck. Well I got there and no mattress. Had to rent another truck a few days later. We load the mattress and it's not what we ordered. I double check the order and yep. Not the same. The only offer they have us was to credit us the amount of the mattress towards one of the show room ones. (Which are all an additional 500 min) I also just ordered shoes/ Christmas goods. Apparently they charged me twice after speaking with someone who "fixed it" ...called back the next day and now they tell me. "Actually the order was processed. No one fixed it" NEVER GO TO SEARS!!!!! Never buy from sears!!!!!! DONT SUPPORT A COMPANY THAT DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS. I have never made a public complaint in my life! So no- not one of those people. Sears just sucks.
