We had a dip in our ceiling Larry came over reviewed the situation. He spent a few hours trying to fix the problem but determined, that it was something structural that could not be repaired. He cleaned up after and left no mess. He was good enough to squeeze me in to his busy schedule. He also showed up on time with our set time.
