We are/were renovating our backyard with plans to host a wedding reception. Biggest project was a large deck. Being in the industry somewhat I had heard of RGM's good work and am very happy that we went with them. Rigo (owner) is everything you could ask in a contractor. He is courteous, respectful, and prompt to respond. He comes when he says he will and is patient and very good at communicating how the project is going, what he is doing, incorporating all desired ideas, and willing to offer own creative and cost effective suggestions. The work was exemplary, and felt very comfortable with the experience, knowledge, and skill shown throughout the project. We can't say enough good things about RGM Renovations, specifically Rigo, and his team. It was the complete opposite experience of any we've had with other contractors. We would hihglu recommend RGM to any of our family, friends, or associates are happy to be a reference for their work.

***Sorry previously posted this to Mr. Rooter - will take down once I can as it was wrong Company No issue w/ quality or competency of work, although $600 to reset a toilet (ended up being broken wax ring) is stupid high, but I was stuck at that point. Issue was plumbers comments on my house (of course old/downtown Toronto), insinuated a few times I had bought a lemon and questioned why I had bought? Tried a few times to scare me about replacing my stack in the future. "You'd better save up for it". I'm okay w/ honest advise, but not in manner it was done. Secondly, cashing/processing my cheque 1 month after the work was done was an annoyance as well.
