We are very pleased with the service and workmanship from the team at Omega. Gregory was very personable and helpful when giving our quote. Yury and Jim arrived on time and installed the windows beautifully (our front picture window weighed almost 600 lbs!). Cleanup was as thorough as can be and they made sure we were satisfied with everything before they left. They also had to deal with a large wasp nest but took it in stride. If you are planning on having windows replaced, I would very much recommend that you have a rep. from Omega come out to give you a quote. We are glad that we did!

My wife and I decided to hire another company come into our home to complete a basement/bathroom renovation that turned out to be a negative experience. We made our decision to hire them based on a recommendation by a co-worker; this proved to be a costly error. We recently made a much wiser decision to hire Alex and A&R Renovations, to renovate 2 bathrooms in our home, including the one that was done poorly by the previous company. Alex is a true pro. His knowledge and expertise is second to none and he was patient and courteous in all of his dealings with us. Alex communicated with us on a daily basis and took his time to explain the process every step of the way. We are truly grateful for everything Alex has done for us and would not hesitate to hire him again for future projects. My recommendation to anyone reading this review is to do your due diligence when deciding to hire a contractor to work in your home. Get quotes from different companies, just do yourself a favour and make sure Alex and A&R Renovations is one of the contractors you speak to. You won’t be disappointed if you do. Thank-you Alex!
