We have been using Button's since 2004. We've had them do all of our HVAC service on 2 different furnaces and an A/C unit. We've also had a new furnace and new A/C unit installed by them. They are so kind and conscientious as well as being professional. They are on-time, reliable and honest. They are an awesome small/local/family business, and you can feel it with every transaction. Highly recommend!

Small enough to still treat our customers like family. Barbara and Neal did an awesome job on our back fence and front porch. They were great listeners in terms of style components and details of the job. They were good communicators in terms of the timeline of both projects. They supplied regular updated estimates so we could keep our finger on the pulse of the price. They were pleasant to have around our property and house. All in all we are extremely happy with both the fence and the front porch and think they do awesome work!

Larry's quoted almost twice as much as another company but we went with Larry's because they represented themselves as more careful and skilled and we wanted a more professional job. When we complained about the sloppiness, Larry himself told us that our home was not a "Home and Garden" home. See pictures.

What could this company do to improve their services?
Make notes during final quote review to ensure that things mentioned on the fly are done. Discuss expectations with client more clearly. Find a way to communicate about problems in a less confrontational manner.
Any advice to offer fellow homeowners facing a similar project?
Ask a potential contractor how disputes will be handled.
