I had my driveway sealed by Property Stars a year ago in August. For some reason, it never soaked in properly and therefore was incredibly slippery during the winter. By the time I realized the problem it was too late to do anything about it until the temperatures warmed up again. I spoke to the company in Spring and their solution was to come and reseal it for me (no charge). I hoped that it would be different this time, but unfortunately it has simply recreated the problem. It's once again extremely glossy. They claim that it must be something about my driveway, but I've had it sealed every few years (with tar, not acrylic) and have never had this problem before. I run a small business out of my home and am terrified of my clients slipping in the winter.

We recently began a huge renovation project on an old house and found asbestos in some of the drywall and ceilings. Templar did the removal for us. They were extremely helpful and honest in their assessment of the problem and gave us a fair price. The removal team was polite, courteous and cheerful in spite of the difficult conditions they had to work under--wearing hazmat suits in 40-degree humidex conditions. They got the job done promptly and did a thorough clean-up. I'd highly recommend them.

We bought an old house and discovered when we moved in during February that some of the water pipes were frozen in the basement crawl space. The guys from Harris plumbing were awesome. The space was so small that they actually had to excavate a little dirt to get the job done. It took them far longer than anticipated, but they only charged us a bit extra for the extra time and terrible conditions. I heartily recommend them. We're using them for another job at the moment and find that they're courteous, extremely helpful, and honest. Both times they gave us recommendations about what needed to be done and what wasn't really necessary, and saved us a lot of money that way.

Joe Marino was knowledgeable and personable. The house we had him do the inspection on was quite old, and he gave us helpful advice on what still needed updating, what the safety issues were, and how to maintain the home.
