After reading the positive reviews here we hired Just Clean It. They sent the cleaner a half hour early (we weren't even up yet, it was 8 a.m.) He was very nice and did an okay job, but within moments of him arriving, someone from the company phoned him on his cell and had him pass his phone to me - and this person told me I needed to pay the cleaner. Well, no kidding! I had every intention of paying him.
After the job was done I called the company and left a voicemail message asking how I could arrange regular bi-weekly cleaning. I said we liked the young man who had done the job and wanted to know if we could have him again. Nobody called back. I tried again in a couple of days to ask the same question, and also requested a receipt for the service that had already been provided. It was supposed to be emailed to me and hadn't been.
Days went by. Another week passed and I got my receipt in the mail. But no one ever called me back to answer my questions about booking a regular service. To this day I don't know why this company didn't want our business, but between that and being "reminded" I had to pay the cleaner when he hadn't even begun the work yet, I just found the whole customer service aspect very disappointing and unprofessional. We found someone else and are very happy. Receipts are given out on the spot and payment is done when the work is finished. Nobody called on the first day to make sure I wasn't trying to rip them off. It's the little things that make a service pleasant!
