I couldn't be more satisfied. I called at ~9am with a simple (non time-dependant) request and they were able to come the same day at ~1pm. I spoke with Chris on the phone and he was super helpful in answering my questions so I knew exactly what to expect in terms of timing, prices, etc. And Jason (who came to my home) was professional, punctual, super fast and really pleasant to have around despite some chaos in our place (our fault, not his). The price was good and the work was done amazingly quickly. I know whom I will be calling next time I need an electrician.

They were great to work with to organize a time, the work was excellent, quick and professional and the cost was more than reasonable. We have no reason to look for another service at all.

Don is a wonderful professional - quick, courteous and knowledgable. We are 100% satisfied with his work and will be calling him again for our next project. This is our second time having Don help us out. The first was for a home theatre set-up and this time we had him come install custom, automated black-out blinds in several rooms of our home. He didn't pressure us at all and found the right product/price for us. He kept us updated when there was an unexpected delay in delivery of the product and was able to take care of everything in an amazing efficient manner. You will not be disappointed.

I was referred to Total Home Entertainment from another company I found on-line who was bigger and didn't have time for a smaller home project job. Don got back to me quickly was always extremely professional and Had the job done in less time than he originally quoted. We're very satisfied with his work and plan to have him back again for another project in the coming months based on this interaction. The fees were reasonable, he was extremely helpful and punctual and was easy to keep in touch with via phone or email - in fact because we were able to stay in touch via email over the weekend between his first and second visits, we were able to co-ordinate to make thing happen quicker and get exactly what we wanted.
