My husband and I discovered Capital Columns & Trim and the Homestars website while doing an internet search. We called them and were very impressed. Herb answered all of our questions and then came to our house to take measurements. We have an open concept house and his recommendations for our 10' ceilings) throughout the entire main floor, powder room and upper hallway (including a two storey stairwell). The installers showed up at our home on time and many spent hours on installation. He said it was straight forward but time consuming because we had 34 additional corners over the allocated quantity. Intallers were very friendly, organized and meticulous. They re-measured everything, cut the columns and the molding on our driveway, installed it, spackled the nail gun holes and caulked above and below. It looks absolutely amazing, the rooms look more spaciousm the powder room looks especially beautiful. The upper hallway and the two storey stairwell really impressed us as well. We now have a painter working on the house and he is very impressed with the work as well and I definitely recommend having the molding painted afterwards since it does make a wonderful difference in our decor. This was our first time using Homestars to find a service provider and we will definitely use this website again. We were extremely impressed with Capital Columns and Trim, they did an excellent job and our house now looks amazing!!!
