I found TipTop Flooring on Homestars this past summer to replace the wood floor in my basement after a flood. Adrian came to see the job and promptly provide me a competitive quote. There were a lot of moving parts to my entire basement renovation, so I had to change the start date for the floor multiple times. Luckily Adrian was understanding and moved his other jobs around in order to accommodate my request for date change. Once I gave him the green-light to start the job, he had two guys come in and they worked fast, clean and did a very nice job. I received good work, at a good price and it was done one time – so I would definitely use TipTop again for any future jobs.

I found Ron on Homestars this past summer to replace the drywall in my basement after a flood. Rob promptly returned my call, came to see the job and provided me a competitive quote. I worked with a lot of contractors in the past few years, and one of the things I liked best about Rob was the constant communication. He let me know job status regularly and we texted quite a bit, which I preferred too. The scale of the job changed a couple of days into the project as I decided to replace the drywall in the entire basement as oppose to a just a few walls. Rob adapted to this change and cranked up his work hours in an effort to finish the job within the same deadline as the original smaller job. There was one Friday night where Rob was still working in my basement at 2am! This might sound crazy, but I was pretty happy about it as I was eager to get my renovation completed asap and get my basement tenants back into their home. So it really shows the type of commitment he has to a client. I also want to acknowledge his amazing team as Brandon & Bobby are great guys that worked fast and super clean. Same for the painters he employed – I think it was Syl & Peter – really good people. Lastly, I should also say that the workmanship was top quality, so all-in-all I would definitely recommend Robs Renos.
