All furniture and paintings were moved and if not moveable, were covered, as was the floor. All primers and painting were performed by hand, NOT sprayed. An immaculate and caring job. Giving Tyler my highest recommendation for workmanship and positive attitude. Maris (Moe) Vitols

After reading several glowing reports on Spring Home Heating and Cooling, we made an appointment for an estimate to replace our original 20 plus year old Lennox furnace and air conditioning units .Enter Cy Goh,of Spring Home, a very pleasant, punctual and product savvy individual who gave us several choices on Lennox, spent over two hours with us detailing all aspects of our future investment. Tried another estimate from a large contractor locally in the Durham area, but they could or would not match Spring Home Pricing. Not even close. Installation was performed on October 27,2014 by Victor and Jesus. who spent almost twelve hours in our home.They were polite, efficient and left the work area spotless. All work was explained in detail, giving us clear instructions on operation of the air cleaning, and WiFi control systems. Long live Spring Home!!!
