Hi, today I spoke to Sherisse and she was very helpful to my questions. She outlined clearly the services that Grand Alarms provide and to what is included in our monthly rate. Grand Alarms is very cost effective and they provide outstanding service. Whenever there has been an issue, the security agents are very quick to respond. We just recently had some service to install a GSM and wireless unit and the technician was very punctual and knowledgeable.
