It was a rip off. Stay away from this company. They charged me 400 dollars an hour and did no work. Opened a small section in my bathroom and fixed nothing. Simply theft. Stay away from this company.

Hello Sarit, thank you for your feedback. We are sorry that you were not satisfied with our services. We provided you with a lot of information regarding your issue. We asked you many investigative questions as well. You informed us that you had more then 5 other technicians in from different company's to try and isolate your problem. We then asked you if anybody else had suggested to cut open the water damaged mouldy wall where most of the leaking was present. You responded, NO. We then proposed that it would be a good idea to see what is behind the wall to effectively continue the process of elimination. We clearly communicated to you precisely what the cost would be and that we MAY or MAY NOT find something behind the wall.
All pricing was presented upfront before any work commenced. Only once you instructed us to proceed with the work, did we do so.
We then offered to inspect your other leak from your basement ceiling at NO additional charge. We also provided you with a $20 discount as requested even though you agreed to the upfront cost provided.
In the future however, we would strongly suggest that if you feel our pricing doesn't work for you, not to instruct us to proceed.
