We are long time, satisfied customers of Belyea Bros. and have used them for the annual maintenance and servicing of our furnace, central air conditioning and tankless hot water systems at 2 different homes in Toronto for more than 15 years. Their technicians are professional, knowledgeable and customer focused. Anthony is the most recent technician to provide our service maintenance this Fall and he is excellent. We would also note that Belyea Bros. is experienced in servicing both forced air gas furnaces and hot water rad systems. The price of their annual furnace maintenance plan is quite competitive and is approximately $154 plus HST. This plan includes 20% discount on all repairs and emergency after hours service -- which, thankfully, we have never had to use, but nonetheless gives us peace of mind knowing its available. Without any hesitation, we have recommended Belyea Bros. to other family members and friends.

Peter did a great job repairing a leak in our Whirlpool fridge. He cleared the ice build up and installed a new drain tube kit which effectively addressed the problem. He was efficient, professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Before and during the repair he clearly explained to us what he was doing and why. The price was as quoted.
