M. Scott did a superb job replacing and paving the 60' narrow walkway between my house and my neighbour's house, improving drainage and beautifying our property. This was a job that several other concrete contractors actually declined to bid on because it was too small! We had a mini-flood in our upstairs toilet. Waterman came within the hour, figured out the problem, and went the extra distance to make sure it was fixed to our complete satisfaction. We also had some outdoor drainage issues, which Waterman completely solved for us. Having had negative plumbing experiences in the past, I really appreciate Waterman's professionalism, friendliness, and service ethic. Highly recommended.

Met Mel at the Home Show. He listened carefully to our needs, answered all questions, and explained available options. He also helped arrange an environmental audit, and scheduled the actual work job in time to qualify for provincial rebates. The work was completed by a crew of three in one long 12-hour day. Everything works beautifully. We expect to save a ton of money by switching from electric water and space heating to high-efficiency gas.

Three years ago my wife and I took a chance on Academia Roofing based on a chance referral - and were not disappointed! Academia Roofing -and the co-owner Gordon Bailey in particular- even took care to circle back to us each year since to ensure that we were satisfied with their work. They even did a minor touch up on the flashing three years later (three weeks ago) or free. That's conscientiousness, and it's pretty rare these days. Their work has been noticed on our street many times and I would recommend them without any hesitation.
