We had a terrible experience with this company. When they offered the services and protection plan they promised great services. When we actually booked the maintenance, my husband has to take off from work to wait for the maintenance person to no avail. The whole day of wait was over no one showed up not even a call to tell us what happened. So we called, they explained that there are emergencies, etc so we agreed to rebook two weeks after coz we'll be going out of the country soon. They noted they will note not to cancel again as this is urgent. Two weeks came, I take off from work to wait for them. No one came in the agreed time. I called them and they said it was rebooked due to emergencies (same stories) and I asked why no one is calling us to inform us, the agent said everyone is busy and lots of emergency issues. Maybe if its my first time hearing it I would believe it, but its the 2nd time around and no courtesy call or whatsoever. They just let us wait for nothing. I understand its winter, many emergencies could happen but as a company who do this kind of business you should have a back up plan or some contingencies plan when winter comes. Not just let your customers wait for nothing and not even a courtesy call to inform they're not coming. Very dissatisfied and disappointed.
