I have always been satisfied with the products or service from this company. For instance, I was working with some maple boards for a specialty project, and two of them were warped. I took them back and Nucasa ordered in a whole new shipment for me to choose from for the project. This is not the first time I have been able to take something back and have them replace the product. Similarly, if I am choosing a stain for a client, the people at Nucasa will let me sample two or three colors to ensure that I get the best one for the job. I have steadily used Nucasa for their products over the past five years and the best way to describe them is that they have a desire to satisfy their customes and go out of their way to keep shoppers are satisfied. I have also found their pricing to be fair and competitive.
