Tom, John and George were punctual, hardworking and polite, and I had no complaints with their work. Bob the owner had given me a "telephone estimate" of $800 +taxes which ballooned to $1600 when bill was presented. I was shocked!! Was able to negotiate a lower price after huge undo stress and frustration. GET A WRITTEN ESTIMATE FROM THIS COMPANY!!

You did say that you did not think one was not necessary as you thought you had low volume of items. Based on information given, we provided a ballpark estimate and again advising strongly to an in home estimate. Upon arrival to residence, van operator called office letting us know that volume is considerably more than advised by homeowner.
