For peace of mind I wanted to have my sump pump and battery back up system inspected. I called DrainPro based upon the high rating on HomeStars and was not disappointed. Their customer service was outstanding and they had a technician/plumber (Tyler) at my place that afternoon. Tyler was quite knowledgeable and it was apparent he had numerous years of experience. He inspected the sump pump and battery back up quickly and noticed that the check valve in the battery back up pump was not working. I was so impressed with his workmanship and friendly attitude, I decided to replace the sump pump (as well) - as it was a few years old. Tyler returned a few days later and installed the new sump pump and rectified the check valve issue. The work was done quickly and the system works well. I was very impressed with his professionalism and would not hesitate to contact DrainPro for any future plumbing issues. It is nice to deal with such a personable company.

My wife and I decided to replace the countertops in our kitchen and bathrooms and searched throughout Ottawa for the "best" granite installers at the "best" price. We obtained numerous quotes (including Costco), and with so many choices, and with companies promising the same things it was difficult for us to finally decide. However, we did narrow our choice between TNT and one other granite installer - based upon price and service. They promised to install our countertops within 10 days - and delivered in 8. The installation went smoothly, and exactly how we discussed. TNT's willingness to work with us at every step resulted in us getting exactly what we wanted (no surprises). The experience with TNT was fabulous - they did not make me feel like a "number" or "just another job", and I would not hesitate to recommend them to family and friends. If you are looking at granite countertops - go to TNT - you will not regret it!
