We've used the services of The Crack Specialists on 3 different occasions now and I've just about run out of superlatives to describe their work, their "can-do" attitude and the fact that they are delightful people. The A-Team of Chad and JR have worked here before and their cheerful, courteous and totally professional approach remains first rate. This time they were joined by Dakota, Melanie and Roman, all of whom in their own ways, clearly share the work ethic that Chad and JR exemplify. At the end of a very long day Melaine was exceptionally cheerful and eager to get it done. We now have a French drain and a sump pump installed in our sub basement (yup, terrible working environment without standing head room, but there were no complaints, only a relentless drive to do a great job). I must say a word about Chad as a team manager. I had occasion to mention something that I was not entirely pleased about. He immediately took responsibility, regardless of the source of the misstep. He insisted it was "on him" as the manager and that he would find a way to address this so that people could learn from it. No wonder people seem really to enjoy working for/with him. One could not ask for a better management approach, either as a team member or as a client. I would be remiss if I did not mention the welcoming first (and continuing) impression that Lorrie and Jen make from the office. And to call them most accommodating is quite an understatement. In all we are happy to recommend The Crack Specialists without reservation. We would never go elsewhere. Lorraine and Gary

This is not the first review that I've provided for Aire One, and I'm happy to say it's as positive as the last one I submitted. Chris, my Service Technician, was superb: knowledgeable, informative, courteous and very pleasant. He was able to make a recommendation and show me why he made it. I've since followed up. I would happily have Chris return next year (or sooner if I need service). And then there's Christa on the phone: always helpful and accommodating, a delight to speak to. In all< I could not be more satisfied.

We had a condensation pump installed and it was extremely noisy. We asked Aire One to come back and tale a look at it and they replaced the pump, immediately fixing the problem,. The experience was great and I was even able to ask the technician a question about the dial for the humidifier. He dealt with it to my complete satisfaction. We have never had a service technician who wasn't totally accommodating.
