I bought a comforter couple of months ago and decided to wash them just now cause I'm gonna have some guests over. I followed the instructions on how to wash it and even doing everything properly the comforters shrank. They are horrible now. As I called the customer service this morning at 9:50am 1(888)9321015, I was told by Sharmie (representative) that they couldn't do anything because the return policy is only 72 hours after the purchase. IS THAT SO? The store couldn't care less about a complaint??? Oh yes, once you buy and once you pay, they couldn't care less about the customer's satisfaction. As long as my money is in their pockets, they're happy! Simply unfortunate. Disgusted by Sears service.
