Amazing job!!! Eduard and his team were meticulous and incredibly hard workers. My downtown heritage home can be a challenge to work on - because the frontage, footprint, and street is so narrow. They managed to make working on it look easy (when I know it was not!). The site was always kept clean and tidy and they really went out of their way to not disturb my garden beds (NOT EASY WHEN THERE IS NO ROOM). They cut no corners and quality was very evident from the start. End result is very beautiful, elegant, and practical (it will stay beautiful with minimal effort). Eduard has a great eye for esthetics and design - and always consulted me to make sure we were aligned (but in the end his gut feel was so spot on that if I hadn't been able to comment it wouldn't have mattered). I HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend, especially if you are like me and have become very fearful of renovations. They have restored my faith that a there still are companies that pride themselves in high quality work, and truly care about the best possible outcome. THANK YOU Eduard and team! NOTE: this was also my first time using Homestars to actually find renovator - instead of just using Homestars to check reviews, etc. WORKED OUT SO WELL!

My fridge was oozing out water from underneath, wrecking my hard wood floors. The very nice, efficient and punctual repair person explained my thermostat and hose needed to be replaced, had the parts on hand, and fixed the issue on the spot. Very happy and would recommend! Also, I was able to request appointment online online on a Sunday, and immediately got a call back and confirmed appt. date/time (just 2 days later!).

I have been a customer of Gardens in the City for a few years now (coming up on 4) and they are one of the few service providers that I use that I AM ALWAYS 100% HAPPY (and they still exceed my very high expectation every now and then). I use them in Spring and Fall each year to prepare my gardens. I love gardening - but not at these times because there is just too much work needed in a very small window of time (this makes it feel like a chore and a burden). Now, I am still able to "putter" in my garden, doing all the improvements I enjoy and can take on with busy schedule - without having to worry about the big spring/fall clean-up and mad rush to amend the beds, etc. Chaz and her amazing team do all the hard work (way better than I can ever do), so I can just enjoy the rest. One thing that Chaz also provides that put her Company hands above all others is she shares her incredible wisdom with you, making new product recommendations (last year she found a new mulch that was AWESOME, and I will forever be a fan of duck poop because of her), that I've come to so value and trust. THEY ARE REALLY AMAZING AND I GIVE THEM MY HIGHEST RECOMMENDATION!

After having a horrible rodent outbreak and using another service who DID NOTHING to resolve the problem (other than show me how to set traps and dispose of the carcasses myself!), I called Pesticon and within a couple of hours of calling the most wonderful Mr. Patel arrived at my home and rigged it with the most effective poison (that you will not get on your own) and the problem completely disappeared in a day or two. Was so mad at myself for not knowing to call them sooner!!! I've since used them again to take care of some ants and again - they provided the most amazing service and got rid of the ant problem overnight. NOTE: if you are really leery of the very effective poisons they use (e.g. you have very rambunctious pets), DON'T BE... I had two kittens at the time that I had to deal with the mouse explosion and was so worried that poison might hurt my kittens. But Mr. Patel was so confident that it would not at all be an issue and was so careful to make sure that no trace of any poison could ever interact with my family and pets - just the uninvited guests! These guys are truly the best and once you use them - you will never use anyone else again!!!

I love my new stone and brick front landing and staircase (for my century home) !!! This company really differentiates on high quality work and honest, realistic, respectful customer service. Seems so simple, but so rare now a days. I think I might have also overcome my morbid fear of renovations - thanks to Matt and Team!
