Noticed it starting to peel, Contacted Furniture Galleries as to some way to fix this. Was told they could get material from Palliser but would cost me $300 per cushion to recover total of $1500 after all cushions were recovered. Contacted Palliser to let them know about this. Received an email looking for original Purchase receipt. Ya like i kept that, cause you always expect to need that later on. well i gave up as i don't have that kind of money to spend. fast forward a year the seat cushions are doing the same thing. Amazing when a Canadian company doesn't stand by there product!

Bought new washer and dryer last week from bad boy whitby store. Upon delivery the washing machine hasn't worked. Call bad boy and of course they say call GE. Then GE say a service technician will call you in 2-3 days to set up appointment. Now I'm out time and money from going to laundry matte, plus gas money. so who knows how long this will take to be resolved. Honestly I want my money back, so I can go somewhere that actually cares about there customers satisfaction and the products they sell.
