I had a new roof put on my double garage today. I was more than pleased with the crew and the finished product, not to mention the efficient and pleasant manner in which the job was completed. I chose these windows for their efficiency in a lower profile style. The install was very difficult in this 120 yr old house. The Verdun fellows, Kevin, Sylvain and Joe were incredible. I was concerned about how this would go, considering the age of the house, but I was immediately set at ease by the professional and easy going nature of Kevin and his crew. Each problem was solved as it came up without difficulty. I am not easily impressed, but Kevin and his crew impressed me greatly by their work ethic and positive dispositions. I would like to have them work on every job I need done !! Excellent job

M&T Glass provided excellent service in replacing 5 double glazed units in my aluminum windows. The units were ready 2 weeks EARLIER than expected, and were expertly installed in no time at all. There were 4 fellows in all who attended my home and each one could not have been more pleasant or more efficient. I am very impressed and highly recommend M&T Glass to anyone who needs the service.

It seems that the NCA installer was not used to resolving difficulties or dealing with anything except new construction. Yes, I live in a hundred year old house, and I knew it would be nasty under a dishwasher which had been in place for 15 years. When asked to move the dishwasher further, so I could get in to vacuum and clean this installer refused ! He was incredibly rude, blaming me for having a ‘******' attitude’ (his words) because I did not take everything he said at face value. I chose to question his ‘authority’, when he indicated that my plumbing set up was ‘illegal’, which it is NOT. Yes, I was upset, and for good reason. I asked him to take away the old and bring in the new, without installing....this man flatly refused ! Because this installer decided not to complete the job, he thought it was just fine to leave the old dishwasher in the middle of the floor, and to drive off with the new one ! After I called the retailer, and the new dishwasher was delivered back to my deck, and the old one removed (which I had taken out of the house myself)...the young fellow, who I guess was the helper of the two, was so conciliatory. He offered to unpack the new one and move it into the house for me. He was as apologetic as can be. This let me know I was not out of line. I am still shocked at how I was treated. This was a horrible experience. As an aside, I called my own plumber, who has a stellar reputation and been in the business 35 years. He added a valve, made a small correction to the drain hose, and the dishwasher was installed within 45 minutes. All using the original service and drain lines, with slight modifications. And all legal, I might add.

Rémi Leclerc visited my home to repair my rental hot water tank.....It had been flooded and I thought it was a 'goner'....Rémi was very professional and knew his stuff ....I was very pleased with his positive manner and patience with my questions. Job very well done

I called Keith and 4 others for an estimate for a 55' commercial chain link fence. Keith was patient and knowledgeable. His quote was in the middle of the pack, but he got the job because of his approach, understanding and no push-back on what I wanted. Keith had to work at a disadvantage with a cranky neighbour, but completed the job exactly as I wanted. I was more than pleased with the result and will have him back to install another 60+ ft. I would highly recommend Keith to anyone who requires this service.

On several occasions I have required new appliance parts to do repairs. Whenever I call Wardle's I always get what I need, even if there is investigation to be done in order to find the appropriate part. On one occasion, I went to the store to pick up the part and noted that I was having a problem with finding a little cover plate for a range hood. Wouldn't you know...the woman there knew exactly what I spoke of, and even that the original part had been upgraded/replaced because of bad original design. I bought it on the spot! Wardle's is terrific to work with!
