To make it short...Since 2019 they have not resolved weeds. Each year it got worse but I wanted to give them a chance. Their applications are spot sprayeach weed .They would come back to reapply but again on each weed they could see & only so many times per year. Missed a lot. Finally when I told them that areas by driveway, fences, beds and walls were bad, they said that they dont do areas 2 ft from them as it will discolour them. Yet their estimate is based on my lawn area? I suggested that they use the driveway spray (advertised at additional cost) for those areas, they said it will kill grass! Some of their August 2 still no response ...not even the canned we value ur customers technicians report after they do applications that look like Olympic track trials, say all is well. Others will come back shortly after and say that there are problems...insects, weeds & other types of grass.? One of my neighbours videotaped & timed their tech. At a record speed . Last year a security camera showed him walking the lawn, no application and left. They had him come back. The neighbour is terminating them and their over the phone explanations and excuses. They may be big but not good. You have been forewarned that their application are quick & sparse on materials! also question quality of their techs! They have a lot of reviews BUT they are North America wide...all climates!

Excellent (I have only given this twice). Mid price! 3 Neighbours also tried 5 estimates. Explained process and quoted 2 prices...one for just paving with no extra excavation, other with deeper excavation due to clay in area. Other 3 neighbours paid a little more , no complaints. I was lucky. Great work and communication. Won’t be sorry, try them. Thanks !

Excellent (I have never given this). Most detailed quote ever. Explained, pictures of problem, description of process and materials. What more can I say! Mid range price and great service! Won’t be sorry

Customer for some time not without some minor issues. Biggest most recent, over 3 yrs a reoccurring dead patch. Said it’s winter kill and will come back. Just now gave me seed to spread. Said I should see sprouts soon. If not will not renew! Technician has never over years shown it on report. It just gets bigger.. I am not sure how qualified their technicians are. Will supply update upon improvement

Very professional from first site estimate to actual pruning. Very clean, knowledgeable and congenial. Supplied WSIB and insurance documents. $120more than other estimate. Great looking job! Equipment and uniforms were clean and showed pride. Contacted others who offered better rate for cash. said they had insurance and WSIB. no written detailed work documents. Hazardous work and you can be on hook for injury and damage if you have no documents. They said they were arborists but seemed to know less and had no proof. They were from Home Stars too. Jeff was great as was his crew!

Very good overall! Price not the cheapest or most expensive. Sales rep (John) very knowledgeable, professional, experienced, supplied samples, did not rush. Referred by a contractor friend. His Installation crew (Mike, Ed) experienced, timely, friendly, consulted us when needed, clean, advised on various estetic choices (great value) did a little extra at no cost. Indicated that if we are not satisfied to call. Cannot loose & try them out!

Vitaly. Very knowledgeable and unlike the others he came with samples, brouchers, on line photos of installations addresses and an invite to visit the factory. Not pushy! Product was at least equal to one other and better than the others but the price and professionalism won out. Met installation date. Work very quick, tidy and crew very likeable. A problem with one casement window was reported by crew and within an hour of their departure a technician came out and had it fixed. Product looks better than original. Joe

The 10 ratings are very well deserved. Mid range price, very clean, quick, punctual, knowledgable and likeable. Chris came with his son and gave the most detailed quote, including brick type and number, of the other 4. So you know what you are getting. Did a couple of very small touch ups for us. Finished job a day early. One of our neighbours was so impressed he asked him to do his chimney. Note: not only is he the owner, estimator but he is working on the roof with his crew.
