For years we were plagued with dead zones and interrupted connectivity throughout our house. After spending 30 minutes with me on the phone, Max showed-up with exactly the right equipment on a day and time convenient for me and fixed all of our issues in little more than an hour. We're now giving-up cable and an unnecessarily powerful Internet provider service which will quickly cover the cost of Max and the new routing equipment. He's professional, knowledgable and efficient. I don't like to give '10's' because it seems unlikely, but not here.

For years after buying our house from it's builder, we were frustrated with he inability of the air conditioner to cool our top floor while leaving the basement freezing. Different contractors and so-called experts told us the only thing we could do would be to turn down the temperature further to sufficiently cool the upstairs but this meant completely freezing out the basement. Finally, we came across [insert name]. Vikter came to see us on a Saturday afternoon and within a few moments had identified our problem: there were huge gaps where are ducts joined together and even bigger holes where they had been improperly fitted together. He demonstrated the leaks that were occurring with an infrared camera screen so that we could see the problem for ourselves. Vikter's solution was to run a water based sealant through the system that coagulated at every gap and sealed them tight. He also expertly opened the walls where the ducts had to be reattached properly, did so, and then resealed the holes in the walls. The improvement was remarkable. We went from having the equivalent of a two foot square hole in our ducts to the equivalent of less than a square inch. The airflow through most of the upstairs ducts tripled and the upstairs now cools as quickly while the basement is now comfortable. Aeroseal worked neatly, cleanly and efficiently. We cannot think of anything of the many things we have done to improve our house with which we our more pleased.

After they did a great job supplying and installing a back-up generator, I had Hotwire back to do some tricky lighting and researching I wanted done and they did the work perfectly, cleanly and quickly. Not the cheapest option around, but that's probably a poor choice when it comes to electricity and these people are consummate pros. I'm already planning my next lighting project for them.
