In my opinion ok for small simple jobs. Significant difficulties with plumbing, and problematic billing procedures. To be fair, he was stretched somewhat thinly with other life committments, and perhaps had some lapses partially as a result of these. Had to let him go before the job was complete.

- Get a firm quote by the job - not an hourly rate if at all possible.
