The gentleman was very helpful and polite. He knew my wife was ill and needed railings for support. He even suggested that the railing not stop at the last step but actually go to the walkway, so she'd have support when climbing the stairs. The promised to install within four business days because of our situation.

Alex and staff came as they said they would and they were on time as requested. They installed the lights after carefully measuring and cleaned up after themselves. They did a terrific job. Sheldon in Brampton
