After sending out requests to various plumbing companies on Homestars, Roy from A Marco Plumbing responded promptly and spoke to me on the telephone in a very professional and courteous manner. He provided me with the rates his company charged for coming out to our home for a service call and estimated the costs to replace our kitchen faucet and powder room toilet. Phil arrived at our house to do the work and was very courteous and polite in communicating with us his recommendations. He wrote out the costs on a work order and got our written authorization before proceeding with the work. In addition, Phil kept the work areas very neat and minimized any mess.
