All I can say is, WOW! Michael lives up to everything they say about him in these reviews He is personable, knowledgeable and very professional. Using all his gizmos and gadgets he gives your perspective new home a total once over. And he doesn't rush it because he doesn't want to miss anything. When was the last time you saw an inspector actually get up and crawl around in the attic? Well Michael did. And good that he did because he found a major building flaw that needs immediate attention. All this for a VERY reasonable cost. Thank you Michael for a job well done!

Mike, thank you so much for posting this review. Aren't you supposed to be on your way to Florida right now :). I really do appreciate it. As for going in the attic...any inspector who doesn't take the time to climb in and do a thorough inspection up there shouldn't be calling themselves a home inspector.
