I'd like to share a great experience I recently had in dealing with 'Aire One Heating and Air Conditioning'. First and foremost, I must commend P.J. the gentleman who came to mine and my parents house to educate us and help pick the furnace that was right for us. My parents are senior citizens, and have had trouble with salesman in the past. P.J. was thorough in his explanations, extremely polite on the phone and in our house, and very accommodating. After purchasing our furnace, we had it installed in only a couple of days. The install crew were very professional, quick, and clean. I've already referred some family members and close friends, and thought it deserving enough that I extend my referral to the homestars community. These days, good customer service is hard to come by, so I'd like to give a big thank you to Aire One.
