My 'new' basement leaked every time it rained. Quote was quick and easy - Igor came and was very friendly and explained things well - A week later, Igor's team came and installed exterior weeping tile (dug 7 feet down around my semi-detached, fixed cracked walls, sealed and wrapped with that dimpled stuff). FANTASTIC WORK. Done in 3 days! And right on the money. They also did sump pit/pump install, interior weeping tile in cold room and set up backflow preventer through a master plumber subcontractor. VERY pleased! It's been raining almost non-stop since they finished and my basement is bone dry.

- Get three quotes -do the research, ask questions. Then follow your gut! Lowest cost doesn't always mean a shoddy job, but it can, so do your homework
