I called Abbey Air after midnight when our furnace went out after we heard a loud bang. Within 30 min of calling a tech arrived at our house and discovered our motor was completely destroyed. Helge was very courteous (especially at 1 am), professional and fixed the problem quickly. We have a newborn, so to alleviate our concerns and ensure our house was safe for our newborn, he checked all the gas lines and appliances to ensure everything was safe. Highly recommend Helge, who was honest, gave us great service and professionalism even in the middle of the night. Highly recommended.
