After living in their home for 17 years, my parents were moving. It was a very emotional process but the guys at Viktoria Moving were outstanding and helped to make this transition go smooth. They were professional, organized and efficient and were able to get everything moved to the new apartment and bring some things to storage quicker than the quoted time and for less than the quoted price. The sale person (Ryan) came to our house and talked to us about what we wanted to do. He was the first sales person who did not talk to me like I was crazy for wanting fiberglass windows. Fiberglass windows are expensive, but I consider them a more environmentally friendly alternative to vinyl. He explained that they also remain more airtight than other window types when temperatures change, because fiberglass expands and contracts at the same rate as glass, which I had not known. I also appreciated that he proposed replacing our bay windows individually, rather than building an entirely new window, which is what other companies have proposed doing. The installers were clearly experienced and recognized the kind of windows we had. As a result, they knew how to remove them properly. They were careful and thorough in installing our new windows. We are thrilled with our new windows and found Windowrama easy to deal with and would certainly use them again.
