Did not do initial job according to plan. Pool wall looks unprofessional as had to modify because initial job done incorrectly. Chris said we didn’t need concrete pad under front stone entrance, even though another company had said we did. We trusted this company because worked alongside Simply Pools (who should never associate themselves with this company). We Have had to repair 2 years in a row by Prestige and was never done correctly. We have now hired a new company who actually knows what they are doing because the entire thing has basically collapsed which is costing us $3000 only 3 years after we paid this horrible company. Everything they did from beginning to end was cut corners and it shows in their sloppy work. Please never use this company! This website doesn’t allow me enough space to express our severe dissapointment!

Worst experience I've ever had with someone working on my home. Damaged large area of brand new hardwood when pulling out fridge, dishwasher damaged. Did not have enough material so cut smaller pieces to fit backsplash which looks horrible! Has only been installed for a few years and corners of counter are chipped and seams are separating along the ledge, so noticeable. Sloppy work! Steve is RUDE and IGNORANT! Had zero compassion for the damage he & his workers caused. I have sent multiple emails requesting he look at the chips and seams in counter and he ignores emails. Beyond unprofessional company!
