Shaun and his team did an amazing job fixing our bay window. We asked a couple of contractors to come and quote us on the job, and most of them said they couldn’t do the job the way we wanted. Shaun did exactly what we had in mind and now the house looks much much nicer. Shaun was very professional, he took the time to explain the process and listened to our concerns and gave us his opinion without dismissing ours. They started the job much earlier than we expected, which was a bonus for us, they kept working even when it was dark outside. They did an amazing job cleaning after they had finished, and didn’t leave one screw laying on the ground. I found ClearView on HomeStars and contacted Tom to book a home inspection. Although I called at 9 p.m on Wednesday and wanted the home inspection done on Friday, Tom was very understanding, informative and managed to fit me in. On Friday morning Bob showed up and he did the house inspection. Bob was meticulous, he took the time to explain to me every single issue he found and how I can fix it and the severity of the issue. I was by the end of the inspection armed with the knowledge of how to fix all the issues, what tools to use and the best techniques to apply. Bob took pictures of everything for later documentation. The following day I received the most extensive report I have ever seen. The report detailed everything Bob pointed out during his inspection, and had more elaboration on what would happens if the issues were not fixed and what is the best way to fix them. I shared the report with my realtor and she pointed out that she has worked and seen a lot of home inspectors and Bob was by far one of the best. If you want to have a professional assist of your biggest investment go with ClearView. I would recommend paying extra for the Thermal imaging.
